Depends on how deep it is... If its waist high or above then of course!!
I don't see why you couldn't.
Certainly, if the pump is running. The primary pump intake is the main drain at the deepest part of the pool.
Stop filling it up.
Usually they can. It depends on the space available in the pool. Lessons will usually not take up the entire pool so i'm guessing the rest of the pool would be open to free swim.
Because of gravity.

i have a 18x48 pool and right now it is still filling up so i suggest start in the morning filling it because it will take about 2-2 1/2 days to fill up(:
Assuming your pool is set up properly with all suction points safely installed and isolated from the swimming area. There is no reason not to swim with the filtration equipment running. As a matter of fact it is preferable to have the filters running while the pool is in use.
it is when the pool is open only to people who ant to exersise by swimming. the pool is split up into lanes and then people swim. it is usually for adults, and horseplay is not permitted. you should only go to lane swim if you are there to exersise, not play around
Because it is bad for your car to have it on while filling up
put in about an inch of water, then pick up the wrinkles and pull them out from the inside.
I hear that it takes a full day to come up to temperature.
