Ovaries produce eggs. If only your fallopian tubes were removed, then there is no reason you cannot produce eggs. However, for the eggs to reach a location to be fertilized, they need the fallopian tubes for transport. If you are asking related to fertility issues, please contact your doctor, NOW! You appear to have a disease. Shamefully my nan received this - 6 feet under.

Sure. Eggs are actually not "produced", per se, by the ovaries; they are present at birth (or not), then released by the ovaries each month during ovulation.

"Rate of ovulation" is more so the factor to consider for women lacking both ovaries.

Yes, a woman can get pregnant with one ovary and one fallopian tube, as long as the fallopian tube is attached to a functioning ovary. The one ovary without a fallopian tube can be used for egg retrieval by your doctor, for IVF if need be. But many many woman have successfully gotten pregnant on their own, with one fallopian tube.

well, you would have to have a doctor remove the eggs from your ovaries, fertilize them and implant them into your uterus. You cant get pregnant the old fashion way without the fallopian tubes.
