If you are 17, you can sell tobacco within a 4hour time window. But no more than that. It also depends on the state your in. Different states have different laws on minors selling tobacco. Hope this helps

∙ 13y agoIt is illegal in all 50 states of the US for a minor(under 18) to purchase any type of tobacco products,cigars,cigarettes,chew,snuff,dip. However, depending on state laws it may be legal for minors to posses tobacco.
