Yes, there is an "ocean" option at the bottom right corner of the screen. Enable this option, then you can go underwater. You have to use the navigation button to make the angle such that you are seeing straight as in from the ground point of view. You can then see 3-D waves and also go underwater. This only works on Google Earth 5.0 or higher, so any other version won't work with this option! You must have Google 5.0 or above.
Download google earth 5.0 and the search these coordinates: 41°43'36" N, 49°56'54.06" N and you'll see the titanic underwater.

You can only see yourself in Google Earth if you were in a photo that they took. If you where, then you can see it in any version.
