The Subaru Bible says yes. Looking up at the mirror, pry away the base with a flat screwdriver, flip it up & remove, disconnect if heated, re-use clips if not on new mirror, reconnect & reinstall. Have girlfriend check if she's cute. If she's not scratch mirror...
