Google penalises duplicate content, so it is not a good idea to post the same content on multiple sites. Also, good Article Directories will insist that the content submitted to them is unique and has not been published elsewhere.
So if you want to build good Google Page Rank on your blog, dont just copy and paste your content to multiple sites.
