USC does not have BYU scheduled for 2010, 2011, or 2012 schedule. So currently no time soon but schedules can change.
I think it is too much, and it's not fair to the individual or the team you would be spread to think.
Yes. For instance, Penn State currently has two active players with the number 1: Robert Bolden(QB) Nick Sukay(S) They cannot be on the field at the same time.

Who is the all time pass leader for Division 1-A college football and what University did he play for?
Ohio State and LSU have met 3 times and each team has won once and there was one tie. They met in a home-and-home series in 1987 and 1988 ... the game was tied in 1987 and Ohi…o State won in 1988. LSU won in the 2007 BCS National Championship Game.
Alabama and Ohio State have met three times with Alabama winning all three games (1978 Sugar Bowl, 1986 regular season, 1995 Florida Citrus Bowl).

Depends. If you attend one of the US Military Academies (West Point, Air Force Academy, Naval Academy, or Coast Guard Academy) or you go to school on an ROTC scholarship, you …have an obligation to actively serve for five years. If you took ROTC but ROTC had nothing to do with funding your school, there is no obligation to go into the military.
