Run the game in administrator mode.
You have to get Halo CE for the PC, and run the game in Dev mode.
You must beat the game 3 times before the parts appear, so you must be on your 4th run through the game, meaning you've beaten challenge mode twice as well as normal mode, and your on your 3rd run through challenge mode.
if however your graphics card is an integrated one like intel stuffs, you can put -swntl in to smooth the game, i think to run it on dx mode.. or you can run it in opengl mode just type -opengl at the bootstrap paramete

Sysedit is the Windows Program by which you can edit the files that run at startup. To run Sysedit it is typed in Start-->Run box.
