You can take these two medicines safely. Aciphex is a stomach acid reducer. It does not interact with the tranquilizer. Remember the best time to take Aciphex is first thing when you wake up so it will work all day.

∙ 9y agoYes. I take Prilosec (omeprozole) and Klonipin (clonazepam). The only known thing that COULD happen, TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, is that the effects of the Klonipin could be stronger, for example, it could give you more of a sedative effect.
