Can you write a two column proof given angles 2 and 3 are congruent and prove angles 1 and 4 are congruent?

Without a visual or more information, I'm guessing that the picture is of angles 1 and 2 that are consecutive (share an angle side) and a separate picture of consecutive angles 3 and 4. With that said: 1) angle 2 congruent to angle 3................1) given 2) angle 1 is supplementary to angle 2....2) If angles are next to each other --> supps angle 3 is supplementary to angle 4 3) angle 1 congruent angle 4..............3) If supps to congruents angles ---> congruent

Two angles are supplementary If one angle measures twice the other what is the number of degrees in the larger angle?

120 (2/3 of 180)

How many supplementary angle are in triangle?

The 3 interior angles of any triangle add up to 180 degrees.

What are the sizes of the other angles in a parallelogram when one of them is 89 degrees?

Opposite angle are equal and adjacent angles are supplementary. Thus the other 3 angles are 91o, 89o & 91o.

Is it possible to draw a triangle with a pair of supplementary angles?

No, because the sum of the 3 angles of a triangle always equals 180 degrees. If two angles are supplementary by definition the two together already sum to 180 degrees, leaving no "space" for the third angle.

Can supplementary angles have more than 3 angles?

Supplementary angles can have any number of angles as long as the angles add up to 180 degrees.

Is it true that only 3 angles can be supplementary?

No. Any angles which add up to 180 degrees are supplementary.

How do you find missing angle of a parallelogram?

Being a quadrilateral, the sum of all four angles is 360o.Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal.Adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary, that is add to 180o.Given one angle of a parallelogram, the other 3 angles can be calculated:the opposite angle is the same;the other two angles are the same as each other and are 180o - the_given_angle

Supplementary angles?

Up to 3 angles that add to 180 degrees.

The measure of one angle is seven more than three times he measure of another angle if the two angles are supplementary find the positive difference of the measures of the two angles?

Angle 'A' is 7 more than 3 times angle 'B': A = 3B + 7 The angles are supplementary: A + B = 180 or A = (180 - B) (180 - B) = 3B + 7 180 = 4B + 7 173 = 4B B = 43.25 degrees A = 136.75 degrees Their difference is 93 degrees.

If measures of 3 supplementary angles are in the ratio 1 to 3 to 2 what are the values of the angles?

call the small angle x, then given the ratios we have x+2x+3x=180 6x=180 so x=30 The angles are 30, 60, and 90.

If angle P is three less than twice the measure angle Q angle P and angle Q are supplementary angles what are their measurements?

Assuming the angles are expressed in degrees: P = 2Q -3° (because "angle P is three less than twice the measure angle Q") P + Q = 180° (because they are supplementary angles) P+Q = 2Q - 3° + Q = 3Q -3° = 180° 3Q = 183° Q = 61° P = 2∙61° -3° = 122° - 3° = 119° If the angles are expressed in radians, the math is similar except you start with P = 2Q - 3 and P+Q = π yielding P = 2π/3 -1 and Q = π/3 +1
