Can you legally date or move in with your boyfriend if you are 16 and he is 23?
I'm assuming that you can if you have your parent's consent, and full permission to do so. However, if you do not get your parent's permission, and you move in with him anyways, or continue to date him.... whatever the circumstances maybe, he can get into some trouble, because you are 16, and he is 23. But before making such a big decision, make sure you know what to expect, and that you'll be able to accept all the responsibilities that come along with all of it.

Can a 16-year-old legally move out of her mother's house and live with her boyfriend and his father?
Only if the father of the boyfriend petitions the court and is awarded guardianship. Or the 16 year old can petition the court for emancipation, which is seldom granted. At 1…6 you are still a minor and therefore your parents have the authority to decide where you live. In regard to emancipation, just be aware that not every state has emancipation laws.

Can your boyfriend get in trouble with the law if you are 18 and pregnant and he is 23 but you started dating when he was 20 and you were 16?
Answer . NO!. Answer . 3 years have gone by and no one cared to do something about it until now that your pregnant.\nI dont think there is going to be much done. What…s done is done and if someone wants to press charges against him for statutory rape, for having sex with a minor, yes, it can happen but what good would that do, if he's in jail, how can he work to help support you and the baby. Go to whoever is threatening the ex, and let them know that whats done is done and they should back off unless they want to pay for the baby's financial needs.
Answer . It is always better to have your parent involved with your decision. This is because they are responsible for your well-being while you are a minor. If your move …is based on your wish to live with your boyfriend over any other issue, you should make sure that you are on birth control so that no pregnancy occurs and that you finish school. Certainly you don't want to have anything happen that you will regret. During the week of Oct 9, 2007 Dr. Phil had a show about teenage pregnancy and marriage that may give you some things to think about.
