I don't know if there is any rule against bringing chewing tobacco onto airpanes, but I've never had mine taken away from me at security.

Yes, you can have smokeless tobacco on an airplane, but you are not allowed to chew it while on the plane. You can carry it in your carry-on luggage or check it in baggage.

Yes. I leave mine in my carry on and have had no problems with the TSA.
