When you enter a doctoral program without a MA an MA is granted in the middle of the degree program. You still have to fulfill the MA requirements and then do the Doctoral requirements. I would suggest, having done both degrees, that you get the MA and then do the doctoral. I had 10 years apart from my two degrees and was glad I did. A doctoral program takes concentration and dedication to complete. Many people start one, but never finish.
there are two levels of clinical psychology -- masters-level and doctoral-level. for the master's level, you can likely get in at with any background... especially with a MSW. for the doctoral-level, look into PsyD programs! PhD programs may be more difficult without a MA, but PsyDs are more open to different backgrounds (including a simple BA).

An associate is normally a two year undergraduate program. A masters is a upper level graduate program. The normal degree path is associates (if you attend a two year program, but not necessary as one can earn a Bachelors without an associates), Bachelors (via a four year program), Masters, then Doctorate.
Depending on the program, it may be possible to attain a MA in religion without having a BA in religion (rather, you'd start the program with a BA or BS in another discipline). But you will need a bachelor's degree in at least one discipline before starting any MA program.

Yes you can. However, you will have to inquire about any prerequisite coursework required for the program. If the program does require prerequisite coursework that you have not completed yet, you may be asked to complete those courses at the undergraduate level first before entering the program.
