I highly doubt it. The only result of nipple sucking is a very arousing sensation. Nipples do not have a tendancy to contract or give STD's to anyone. If you feel too conscious about either you or your partner contracting STD's from each other, consider talking to your doctor about it and have tests done to solve any worries. There is research indicating that human milk has strong virus killing properties and that transmission by way of it is difficult or impossible. However, this sexual activity may involve small abrasions or cuts that cause the exchange of blood or other fluids that may come out of even male nipples, and so there is a theoretical even if extremely small chance of transmission. For many the nipples are extremely sensitive pleasure sites and this can easily lead to other activities. Some humorously claim that their nipples are directly wired to their genitals. Others will say that nipple stimulation is completely unexceptional. The key might be to not get overly enthused about your partner's nipples, and perhaps to lick more than suck. Also be mindful of the risk that other behaviors might entail. All else being equal, healthy and intact skin is an effective barrier against transmission.
