There may be a deductible; if your car can be driven they will want at least 3 estimates most likely and since the police are slow more may come after about a week. They will determine fault if that applies to your state. There could also be injury claim from the other party etc. which is only a problem if you are At Fault in applicable state etc, your driving record/rates could be affected
