Fortunately our body offers a growing fetus some amazing back up during the first weeks of pregnancy. But yes some drugs and chemicals can have an effect. If you managed to get past the first 3 months chances are good the baby will be fine.
All you can do from here is move forward, be honest with your doctor, eat a healthy diet, exercise and get plenty of rest.
