Yes, it does clean out your system, but depending on how high tech the tester is, you will be caught out, because it lowers your creatine levels and if you take a supplement to counter that, they can also see that you took synthetic creatine. And you'll probably get into more trouble for trying to hide it rather than trying to detoxify yourself naturally. Drink some water and do some exercise.

There are detox programs with vinegar that is diluted at the ratio of 2 teaspoons to a glass of water, with a teaspoon of honey, that help clean and detoxify your body. so yes it can help to clean out your toxins in your body. whether its enough for a drug detox.. maybe but will need more supplements to help the body detox.

To think that drinking vinegar will change your metabolism of drugs or remove drug metabolites from your bloodstream shows a complete lack of understanding of Biology.

∙ 15y agoNo, but it will make you pee! There is no way to "detox" your body when you use illegal drugs. If you choose to do drugs, you are going to have to take the consequences of your action. Most drugs take about a week to get out of your system for a drug test, but some last for much longer. WikiAnswers encourages you to go to rehab and get clean!
