No. At least not here in the UK you can't. As part of the screening process - you are asked if you have taken any medication in the last three days. Additionally - even if you say no - ALL donated blood is tested and screened for any 'foreign' substances. Any sample that tests positive for drugs (whether legal or illegal) is automatically rejected & destroyed.
