well yes. It won't be exactly iTunes, its a music file(ex. mp3, wma, aac, etc.)
To be in iTunes the person who you are sending it to has to have itunes software and they have to add it to their itunes, by drag and drop or some other method.
I'm not sure if this exactly answers your question, but if you're serious about selling your music, check out Nimbit (nimbit.com). We enable you to sell your music wherever your fans are. Facebook, MySpace, your website, your shows, wherever.
We do distribute to iTunes, but they take 30% of your sales as a commission. For sales through Nimbit, we only take 20%.
Check out nimbit.com to see who's using Nimbit, and to sign up yourself!
You need to supply an email address if you leave the boxes ticked that say that you want iTunes to email you with special offers etc. If you un-tick the boxes then you do not need to give an email address.
Clicking the Forgot Password? button when logging in to iTunes will automatically send you an email to resolve the problem.
they should not email but if they do you can inscribe
No. Your iTunes Store balance will remain on your account, but you should update the email address associated with your iTunes account to keep your info up-to-date.
That way you iTunes can send you updates and new information. :)
No, it does not.

The iTunes store sends a receipt to the accounts registered email address.

There is no reason one cannot email the iTunes install file to a friend for them to download. One could also point their friend to the iTunes website to download the program instead. That may be a better choice since the iTunes install file is big enough to clog up an email inbox.
Assuming you mean from the Apple site: The email address is only required if you want the special offers information email sent to you. If you uncheck the two boxes that request the email notification you can click the Download Now button and download iTunes.
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ Then just click: "Windows Xp or Vista" and give them your email address
