If you mean the domestic breeds then yes. They are all a part of the same species, Oryctolagus cuniculus (the European Rabbit),and thus can interbreed and produce viable offspring, this is also true of interbreeding wild European rabbits and domestic ones. But it probably would not work if you tried two cross two different species of wild rabbits (or other lagomorphs) because, in part they have different gene counts. So you could not cross an eastern cottontail (Sylvilagus floridanus) with your pet rabbit, but you could cross a Rex and an English Spot, since they are just two breeds of domestic rabbit.
You can, but make sure that the doe (girl) is smaller than the buck (boy). Also, if your meaning like different breeds, You really wont get the a breed. So, say you breed an Angora with an American, You will get an Angora/American mix. But if you are meaning different colors from the same breed, you can and you will usually get the same breed, just a different color. I hope this helps.
~Rabbit Breeder
Not a good idea, the inbred offspring have a much greater likelyhood of being sick and deformed.

No, they are not the same breed. They have different length muzzles as well as other differences. Two totally different breeds
Usually yes! But male rabbits often fight so you shouldn't put two males together. But all rabbit breeds are allowed to stay with other rabbit breeds.
A pitbull comes from two different dogs. One is an unknown show breed and the other is an extinct hunting breed. The hunting breed takes 3 different breeds to make while the unknown breed takes only two. Therefore to make a pitbull it takes at least 5-7 other dogs. The breeds came from Europe.Pitbull type of dogs were first bred by mixing terriers (especially the fox terrier) with bulldogs. For example the bull terrier is a mixture of the 2 breeds I just mentioned.A pitbull comes from two different dogs. One is an unknown show breed and the other is an extinct hunting breed. Well, for example say the father was a labrador and the mother was a Poodle the puppy would turn out a labradoodle which is a cross between a labrador and a poodle. So if you buy one breed of dog and another breed of dog when they mate you should have a cross between the kinds of breeds that you chose to be the mother and the father. Hope this helps!
A dog can become a mixed breed when its parents are two different purebred breeds Ex.) Labrador + Poodle = Labradoodle
