If the stress has caused a heart attack or other injury, possibly so, yet it would be difficult. Stress in and of itself would most probably be declined. Everybody has stress, so it would focus on those who have an injury or condition due to stress or at minimum, aggravated by stress.

∙ 9y agoIf you are able to prove that undue stress was caused by your job then you may be able to make a workman's compensation claim. This is not what workman's compensation insurance was created for as it is designed for people who were injured in the line of their normal duty on the job. Stress effects every person in every line of life. For this reason the line where stress would be considered a claimable workplace injury would certainly be more difficult.
