Absolutely-- I didn't start showing till after that. I had gained a couple pounds but was still within my normal weight range that I usually fluctuate in. I really didn't start showing till about twenty weeks! As for not knowing I guess if you had very infrequent periods and didn't think it was odd that you didn't have one for three months (or maybe you had a slight period while pregnant) then I would think most people would know by the time they were that far along but then again sometimes we lose track of time. With my first two pregnancies I knew even before I had missed a period, with this one I probably was already a couple weeks late with the period but it was more of just having a feeling. So I knew within the first month every time, but with all three pregnancies I started showing very late.
