Their ecological niches do not intersect, so it would be best to say that they are indifferent to each other. Some wasps are, however, bee predators, so if we were to project our emotions on them, I'd have to say that bees dislike wasps.

A wasp won't try to attack bees in flight, but they will try to enter hives to get at the honey. Individual or small groups are usually quite easily repelled or killed by the guard bees.

Sometimes a group of wasps can overwhelm the guard bees and gain access to the hive where they can do a lot of damage.

Yes they can. They are worse than bees because bee's stingers are barbed like fish hooks but wasp's stingers are smooth so they can sting multiple times if they want to; only if they feel your attacking them.

Yes. If a wasp tries to enter a hive the guard bees will almost certainly sting it to death.
