well it depends on the person. for me what seems to work is when i get aloe from the actual alovera plant and i cut the leef and i put the goop on my face... i leave it on for about 20 min and i do it everyday and the scars fade away!!!!!! it wont hurt to try!

∙ 14y agoyes! aloe is probably one of THE best home remidies for acne! if you put it on your skin several times a day throyughout the day, your acne should clear up pretty fast! It will also help with acne scars but depending on how deep the scars are, it could take a few months to fully clear up. Aloe also can help with sunburn, razorburn, or you can just put it all over your body and your skin will feel amazing!

∙ 11y agoI don't know about aloe vera (although I heard its good for sensitive skin) but I don't think you should pure aloe vera onto your skin, my mom did aromatherpy course and her teacher said you can only apply lavender oils straight onto your skin- everything else you with need to use a carrier.
I know tea tree oil and witch hazel is good at getting rid of spots, I use it in my moisteriser and it seems to work for me has I have combination skin of dry and oily So I get spots easily
My friend has acne and she says she used rice flour mask which worked for her
She basically mixed rice flour with lemon/green tea/milk or whatever you want, puts it on her face and leaves it for 15-20 minutes until it dries and then washes it off
By the way, lemon is good to whiten your skin as well however it makes your skin photosensitive so make sure you apply sun protection before going out!
