∙ 14y agoBelieve it or not, yes. Cocaine-hydrochloride is (very rarely) used as an anesthetic during dental surgery. If you have recently had dental surgery and tested positive for cocaine, contact you dental surgeon and inquire if this was used. If so, you may have had a false positive.
If, on the other hand, you use cocaine recreationally, you're screwed.
