alright let me tell you a story. i had pendisidous for 7 months without knowing. i went through excruciating pain which involved screaming and fevers up to 108. if i would have waited my appendix would have ruptured throught my ENTIRE body. can you imagine? something exploding inside your own body, ouch! so go to a doctor and have them check it out. dont do what i did and wait around thinking that it will stop. its better safe than sorry. trust me!

∙ 9y agoWhen you have appendicitis, the pain will e in your right lower quadrant, and there will also be reflex pain (when you push on the tender area and it hurts like hell when you let go). If you are experiencing this and suddenly feel better, it is time to get to the ER, as your appendix is bursting which has the potential to cause sepsis and death. Since your pain is on the left, I would suggest either a problem with your spleen, your descending colon, or possibly your ovary (if you are female). Long story short, pain on the left is generally not an appendix problem.

There are instances of appendicitis presenting with chest pain, however these are congenital anomalies and require thoracic surgery to remove the appendix. If there is acute lower right pain, this should be investigated by a physician especially if there is a possibility that you are pregnant. The descending and sigmoid colon sections are on the lower left as well.
