Can spray paint get in your blood stream?

Spray paint is not harmful to the object you are painting however it is toxic is you drink it or spray it up your nassale passages, but if your apply it to the object you're painting and you get a quick wiff of it you will be fine as long as you do not repeatidly smell it, if you plan on spraying your cat there are the same result as humans, dizzyness, headache.

Depending on the way the paint spray is created, it may create hazards from compressed air injected under the skin. Some of the solvents used can e health hazards, but other solvents are not - and sometimes paint can be sprayed without using solvents or compressed gas propellants..

There are two main areas of health concern linked to aerosol cans:

• Deliberate inhalation of the contents to gain a high from the propellant
• The piggy-backing of more dangerous particles into the respiratory tracts

So spra painting can be a health hazard but you need ot lok more closely at the kind of paint and the method os spraying used before you can tell just what kind of hazard may be present.
