I seriously doubt that it could, because the more things we create, even though they may solve certain problems, they create more, thus creating a never ending chain of problems...
However, that is just my view...
Technology is often used to help collect and record information such as a calculator calculating values, an electronic ballance telling you the mass of something, a computer with a word processer letting you record your thoughts... ect.
Science and technology are a blessing to human life. Without science and technology human life would not move forward or evolve. We would not learn or know anything about medicine or be able to learn new things.
In my opinion technology and sciences are the same thing
Here is a disadvantage: When the human race makes advancements in science and technology we eventually run into problems. For example, during the first industrial revolution the death rate dramatically decreased and a social working class emerged in Europe. The working class became large in population and in poverty. This is the problem that surfaced after the advancement in science and technology. Although, these problems are eventually solved.

Technology
I would say they come to us in exactly that order: Curiosity, Science, Technology..
Science and technology have influenced human lives a lot. Science was discovered not in the 18th or 19th century, but from stone age itself.
Technology
It means that the science factor and demonstrating helping people. For example: If someone needed to weigh a potato on a scale, they use science as they're main and only factor. its self-explainatory!
Science and technology has raised the living standards and life expectancy of human beings. It is however responsible for pollution and other forms of environmental degradation.
Science helped to invent and improve it but the actual leg prosthesis would be considered technology.
