Yes there is. My husband use to have it and had it for well over 30 years. It drove me crazy! He said he couldn't help it and it felt as if "he wanted to yawn his legs ... stretch or lay down.) I sent him to the doctor and he sent my husband to a Homeopathic Doctor Who told him to use Calcium and Magnesium together (pill form and get it from a health food store.) It will take a few months, but you will notice a great difference. I've had Restless Leg Syndrome for as long as I can remember, for me the thing that has worked the absolute best is a perscribed medication called Neurontin....wonderful stuff! ;)
