It creates tar in your lungs, eventually you will have so much you will suffocate and experience painful coughs before death. If you have health insurance you could probably have a chance at a new pair of lungs after they check the person.. but that is EXPENSIVE AS H311!

∙ 13y agoYes, because the smoke they breathe in damages their lungs. This makes it hard to breathe. People die from smoking because they smoke too much and they damage their lungs so badly, they can't breathe anymore.
