Yes. They should have the will drafted by an attorney who specializes in probate and is familiar with state laws. A testator who wants to disinherit adult children must do it properly for the will to be effective.
So all parents are abusive to their kids apart from teen parents? No that is not true. Some parents have serious issues and that include teen parents as well but there's help to get. The majority of parents are not abusive.

My opinion on the matter is that parents shouldn't be abusing their children anyway, but i think that parents that are drunks or druggies abuse their children more than a parent who is stressed or depressed.
About 10%, or perhaps as many as 40%, of abusive parents were themselves physically abused as children, but most abused children do not grow up to be abusive parents.
A lot of the time there is a lack of evidence of abuse, so children end of staying with abusive parents, sometimes with devastating results. Also, false claims of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse can cause children to be taken away from great parents.
Unfortunately it is. Many abusive parents cling to that so that it seems right for them to punish you. Granted, it's never a good thing, but they do.
yes some children can get seriously injured just because the parents are fighting. they may do it on purpose or on accident.
Depends on why you need to go to the hospital. If your parents are abusive, call 911 or child protective services. If you are not abused or seriously injured, there's really nothing you can do.
No one should be rude to children, specially their parents, but it is not illegal to be rude to your own child within limits. If it gets to be abusive to the child, endangering the child's safety or wellbeing, then you cross into the realm of not okay.
Parents are responsible for children until they reach of age of 18.
