Oxygen has a boiling point and also a melting point. At -297.4 degrees F (-183 oC) it will begin to melt, that is like condinsation. At -361 degrees F (-218.4 oC) it will begin to boil, that's when the air looks like it has gas in it.

Yes. It has to be -361.82'F (218.79'C) or lower. If you want to freeze it at higher temperatures you have to raise the pressure.
