Yes according to Hindu religion all those who quit the worldly attraction of luxries and all materialistic things and devote themselve to god can achive moksha.
In Hindu religion, self realization is considered to be the best means to achieve Moksha.

Dharma is the moral obligation a person has in their life, like a man has certain obligations as a man to fufill like providing for his family. Moksha is liberation. Once moksha is acheived, you can therefore break the chain of karmic consequences and your soul can move on.

If you have good behavior, good thoughts you would achieve that in a small time.......... but if u are like the rude persons it would take after your life........... For some it may take a second. There is no written guarantee that a person will get moksha ,even though it is the ultimate goal of human. It may take births and hundreds or thousands of re-birth ,to finally understand the meaning of moksha,and many re-birth to satisfy all your desires (even from previous births) finally to reach the goal.
That is right. Moksha/Mukti is deliverance. Another word is 'Nirvana'.
Attaining moksha is the highest goal of Hinduism. One can attain moksha by either meditating, chanting name of god, doing good deeds or doing yoga.
