Best Answer

No. Caulk is too thick. Even if you thin it down to a sprayable consistency, it will lose all of its effectiveness.

What type caulk is used for sealing baseboards?

Depending on what you intend finishing the boards with will depend on the correct product. Basically, latex-based caulks are paintable while silicon-based caulks are considered unpaintable and are used more where flex is likely. Plus of course you can have coloured versions

What do you use to seal a cork into a vial or bottle?

Depends upon what you're sealing in, and how long it has to last. Wax is the standard option, cheap and easy, but there are a million glues, caulks, and other sealants that will do the trick.

How long does it take caulk to set?

Some of the quick drying caulks are ready within 30 minutes. The downside between that and the slower ones is that you do not have as much time to smooth it out. Most require a day or so to dry and heat and fans do not work to accelerate the process.

Are these the same materials used in silicon computer chips and silicon breast implants?

We have a problem with words here:Silicon is an element, it is used to make computer chips. In its pure form it is a blue/black crystalline solid.Silicone is a type of compound, it is basically a hydrocarbon with some of the carbon atoms replaced with silicon atoms. Different silicones like different hydrocarbons are oils, gels, solids, etc. Silicone oils and gels are used in silicone breast implants. Silicones are also used in glues, caulks, industrial lubricants, and plastics.

What are the side effects of sesonique?

Sesonique doesnt have any side effects, it may seem that way once you start taking it but after a few eeks, when your body adjusts to it it works just like it would on any other woman. Sesonique is not birth control, its a medicine that regulates periods so you have them every 3 months instead of every month. To me, its better than birth control if your not using it to have sex because birth control causes blood caulks and makes some people gain weight, but if your tempted to try sesonique for your period I wouldn't hesitate.

Where did Oscar brown come up with the horse shoe?

Oscar E brown did not 'come up' with the horseshoe. The horseshoe has been in existence for thousands of years in one form or the other. He did however 'invent' a new type of shoe that was supposed to be a 'double' shoe. An upper shoe was fastened to the hoof and a lower shoe was detachable from the upper shoe to sharpen caulks or replace it. The double shoe was not very successful for obvious reasons such as the need to remove the upper shoe to trim the hoof and the fact that they were twice as heavy as a single shoe.

Full form of PCB?

In electronics, printed circuit boards, or PCBs, are used to mechanically support and electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways, or traces, etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate. Alternative names are printed wiring board or PWB or etched wiring board. After populating the board with electronic components, a printed circuit assembly (PCA) is formed. PCBs are rugged, inexpensive, and can be highly reliable. They require much more layout effort and higher initial cost than either wire-wrapped or point-to-point constructed circuits, but are much cheaper, faster, and consistent in high volume production. In chemistry and environmental protection, PCB stands for "polychlorinated biphenyl." This class of chemical was widely used as electrical transformers because it will not burn. It was also used as a plasticiser in caulks and palstic materials. Only very limited uses of PSBs are now permitted in the United States and areas that have been contaminated with PCBs through leaks or less stringent disposal practices of the past oftenrequire extensive cleanup.
