Cornstarch Substitute

For 1 tablespoon cornstarch, substitute 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour;

OR

1 tablespoon potato flour or rice flour;

OR

4 teaspoons quick-cooking tapioca;

OR

2 teaspoons arrowroot.
