While this may be a bit unconventional, a man can drink a woman's breast milk. It is good for you. There are no health negatives if a man drinks breast milk. Of course, never take so much that the mother's child does not have enough milk to thrive. Some couples even have an active love life that involves a nursing relationship.

∙ 13y agoYes of course they can. I beastfed my son for fourteen months and he is all boy. Breastfeeding is the natural way to feed your baby and you ahould do some heavy research before you decide that because of gender your baby will get formula. Formula is not as healthy for your baby and you will be wasting a ton of money on something that you already have that's better and free.
