can noncustodial parent parent claim 1 child if divorce with 2 kids
A 13yr old can not divorce a parent, but can become legally emancipated. This requires the child to have some sort of profit, so a job, and the parent usually has to be abusive. It is very hard to become legally emancipated, so it is usually worth it to suck it up and deal with them. Sorry!
No! Once a child is adopted they are legally the child of the adoptive parents. The only way that child could be a step-child is if the adoptive parents divorce and the custodial parent re-marries. Then the child becomes a step-child to the new parent.
A child doens't get a divorce from their parent. Yes, it always ok for a child to sleep in the same bed with their parent.
Legally, no.
Genetically, a child will ALWAYS be related to their parents. It is, however, possible for a mature child to 'divorce' their parents - which absolves the parents of all responsibility.
A divorce with the custody of a child involved can get very tricky when one parent lives abroad. It is almost impossible to force the absent parent to pay child support, and if the parent takes the child to some countries it may be impossible for the US parent to get the child back,
Only if you co signed for them and the child is not repaying them. The divorce has nothing to do with your obligation or lack of obligation. Your child certainly has a moral obligation to pay for loans they took out.
I did when my child was on it. Don't if it's legal but he was my child
