Yes. Just because a person is mentally unstable doesn't mean they are incapable of 'normal' emotions.
Possibly a form of hypochondria. However, the problem is usually the other way round: many people with serious personality disorders think they are ok.
Well according to a psychiatrist I spoke with personally a while back it is possible to have a 'mass psychosis' where two or more people experience the same symptoms as each other. I personally think this is rubbish and was the only way they could explain away something they did not understand. And you can become mentally unwell living with or without mentally ill people/persons. If you are personally attached to the person experiencing mental health issues it can be very taxing emotionally and mentally especially if you have no insight into what the person is experiencing. If you are concerned there are groups for the friends and family of people experiencing 'mental illness'
Because they sometimes will have unstable mood swings and erratic behavior. They appear to be a risk to employees, and other human beings at times. If they are unable to think clearly, it would lead to drastic consequences in some occasions.
He may have hated some of the nobility, or he may have hated no one. He was a very good leader at times, and at other times, he was dangerous and unstable. We can't be sure about who he hated consistently because he was mentally unstable, and would fly into rages. He killed his son during a rage, and he had his personal army kill a lot of people because of his paranoia.
Telepathy

A person who is depressed; grieving or mentally challenged may have problems with tuning into other people's emotions, but this is quite normal and even people who do not feel depressed; not grieving or are not mentally challenged can still not have the capability of tuning into another's emotions unless they are paying attention. Psychologists and Psychiatrists alike have labeled certain people with no moral emotions and some of these people can commit murder without feeling remorse. Other than that every human can feel at times they can't seem to tune into other people's emotions or, they may make a mistake in thinking that person is a good person when they are not or, thinking a person is not up to par for them and make a mistake. It takes time to get to know certain people to make a judgment call on their emotions.
No. Their minds are wired differently, so they might be exceptional in certain areas but have more difficulties in other areas. They are not mentally superior or mentally inferior. Their minds operate differently. No i'm just kidding of course they are.
unstable
If this person can prove they can subsist on their own then there is no reason they can't have their own freedom. Many mentally challenged people live on their own (perhaps some will have someone come in to check on them every so often and this can be done through the State Law or by the family themselves.) If the person is not severely handicapped mentally, then they should be pushed to be as independent as possible. Sometimes people have a habit of babying the mentally challenged and deciding what is best for that person. Take a look around. There are Olympics for the mentally disabled, and many other functions and some even work. If one chooses to take the time to study the mentally challenged they will realize they are a lot more capable of many things than most of us give them credit for. Marcy
No. Children, many mentally disabled people, criminals, and other mentally insane people should not be allowed to have guns for fear of them hurting others or fear of having to kill them to prevent harm to others.
