Yes. If ti has at least one parent who is a czech citizen, all you need is a "honorary proclamation" that the child is his or birth certificate and it automatically gets czech citizenship.
Since the mother herself was born in Canada, the child is eligible for Canadian citizenship. You should contact the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate general to apply for a certificate of Canadian citizenship. In the meantime, the child still can enter to Canada using his/her American passport or birth certificate (birth certificate can be used instead of a passport only if he or she is under 15).
The parent wishing to take the action will need to petition the appropriate state court for permission to obtain a passport and to be allowed to take the minor child out of the country. Be advised that the non compliant parent will be notified and given the opportunity to contest the action. If the court believes the requesting parent is taking such action to permanently remove the child from custodial jurisdiction, then the petition will not be granted.

You can get a passport at any age in the U.S. In fact, if you are traveling abroad with a child, a passport is required for the child. If you are under age 18 when you get a passport, it is not valid for as long as a period as an adult's passport.

£45 for a child's passport. A child 15 or under can only get a passport for 5 years if over that age then it increases to ten years which is basically an adult passport. :) Hope this helped :)

yes the child of 12 years of age does need a passport, i think the age that you need a passport is 8 years of age. No, the passport would not generate enough resistance to provide lift. The child would probably need wings to fly.
