NO
need more details to answer this question. specify what kind of non immigrant visa are your talking about.
YES. If you do NOT have a valid visa to remain in the US, that alone is grounds for deportation. Given that the US does not currently keep track of whose visas have expired, however, there is some time leeway to find a solution to the problem of not having a valid residency visa. However, if you run afoul of law enforcement in any manner, and they bother to check your immigrant status, you can be deported solely for lack of a visa, even if you are never charged (let alone convicted) of any crime. Lack of a proper visa is itself a crime.
Recent changes by the Department of Justice allow for a non-citizen spouse of a US citizen to apply for a permanent resident visa EVEN IF THEIR CURRENT VISA HAS EXPIRED OR THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. Once this application is made, the non-citizen does not have to leave the country while the application is being processed, and cannot be deported solely for lack of a valid visa. The non-citizen spouse will have to return to their home country to pick up the actual visa once it is granted, since they will need to re-enter the country on a valid visa to register that they are here legally.
Essentially, the new process is thus for the non-citizen spouse:
Yes you can marry and I suggest you file for Permanent Resident status as soon as possible after the marriage.
i think so but im not too sure, but i dont see why not
You certainly can get married. The marriage does not change their visa status and they could be deported. And have to wait for several years before trying to get a green card.
Yes, a US citizen can marry an illegal alien whose Visa has expired in San Francisco. The illegal will still have to renew their Visa to stay in the US.
marry an alien...............u die!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, a US citizen can marry the illegal alien in any state but must file for spouses residency as soon as they are married.
I think so and if you can I'd marry EMINEM
yea...its called cheating
No, since Aliens aren't allowed in U.S, no you cannot be asociated with that alien really, but it's not a law.
You can marry a person who is here illegally anytime in every state. At this time there are no laws forbidding one to marry someone like that.
I am not immigration lawyer or anything like that. But I believe that if it is very hard for a US citizen to marry an illegal alien in the US (because of all the paperwork and time that it takes and the legth of time, one year or more. Often the illegal alien will HAVE to go back to their country and start the paperwork process from there). That's why it seems to me that it would be even more difficult for a permanent resident alien to marry an illegal alien, but perhaps not imposible-- perhaps. That is assuming that you are a permanet resident alien of the US or have a similar visa.
You can, but it wouldn't be advisable. The illegal alien can be deported at any time. It may even be impossible for them to get back to the US.
I don't think this is a good question to answer!!!
Yes, beginning March 29, 2014, they can marry in England and Wales, but not in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Is the Canadian citizen also an American citizen or holds citizenship. if so then yes if not then. Technically no. This is because neither party holds a current American citizenship. If the Illegal alien was to marry upon Canadian territory then apply for american citizenship or Visa. But other wise legally no. However they should check.
