∙ 14y agoSince the sister is your mother's sister and she is married to another man and they have children and his sister has a daughter with a daughter then this would be your second cousin. In Western Culture this is acceptable, but does not often happen. The Hindu marriages are generally arranged marriages where the parents choose their son or daughter's mates (sometimes they are chosen at a very early age.)
