No. Because Canadian Lawyer is a foreign trained lawyer and trained on Canadian Law. He is required to complete his Law degree and take the Bar exam to be licensed by the Bar Council of India to be licensed as a practicing lawyer. But before that Canadian lawyer must have a lawful status in India such as work permit or lawful permament resident status or if he is naturalized Canadian Citizen born in India should have OCI (overseas citizenship of India) Card who has all right except right to vote that means he has a right to practice.
