at the first heat cycle which is at about 7 months. It is very unsafe to breed a dog in it first heat. also know that most Chihuahuas need c-sections that costs 1000's of dollars at an emergency vet. Besides the fact that there are 1000's of homeless chihuahuas killed every year because there are more chis than homes- so who would want to make more.
