Legal age of consent is 18 in GA, parents are responsible for their teenagers until that time. If you want to move out, regardless of the reason, you may want to consider calling social services anonymously and finding out what options you have. If you decide to move out anyway, think about how you will support yourself, where you will go and who will know where you are. Teenage years are tough, but there are people to help you if you need them. Good luck.

CAN A 16 AND A 22 YEAR OLD GET MARRIEDIve heard similar questions like this one and yes ther are exceptions like your parent/parents or legal guardian signs permission for you to do so. Thanks PHYLLICIA SPECK If "trouble" refers to the authorities becoming invoved because the female is aminor and the male is an adult, then it is possible for the male to be charged with criminal offenses. Whether that will occur is a different matter.A 16-year-old pregnant or not would need the permission of her parent(s) or legal guardian before she would be allowed to marry.Florida law does not make exceptions for dismissing the necessity of parental, guardian or judicial consent when it pertains to pregnancy.
