Yes you can. Many individuals decide on another career path after getting their bachelors degree. If the associate leads you to your overall career goals and objectives, then that's what you do. I see a lot of this within the health related fields where the associates is theappropriate path.

You must first complete your high school education. However, there are some institutions that will allow some high school students to take college level courses, with permission from the high school. These are usually referred to as bridge programs which have specific requirements that must be met. You can meet with your high school guidance counselor for more information.

Yes, that is the order that you receive your degrees in. Your masters would be after your bachelors and then a PhD for those who are pursuing one. You can get your associates through a community college and then transfer to a 4-year school to pursue your bachelors or you can apply directly to a 4-year school.

Yes you can. Many people who have bachelors, masters, and even doctorates, pursue an associates for a variety of reasons. The most common is change of career, or to enhance an already existing degree. For example, from business to nursing or some other allied health field etc.

A bachelor's degree "is" undergraduate coursework. You will be required to have a high school diploma, and some schools will accept a GED (mostly community colleges) Read the following.

A bachelor's degree in most areas can require between 120 to 128 college credits particular to a specific program of study. This would be based on a college or university that operates on a regular two semester academic year which is the most common. For institutions that operate on a tri-semester or quarter-semester it would be quite different. That being said, the Bachelor's degree - in most cases - is designed as a four year program of study, provided the student is full-time and follows their chosen program of study as prescribed by the college or university, and also provided the individual does not require prerequisite or developmental coursework as a result of basic skills testing. The minimum credit load for a full-time student is no less than 12 credits per semester. However, to complete the degree within the four years, a credit load of approximately 15 to 18 credits is recommended. For individuals who work or who have other responsibilities that would prohibit them from attending full-time, completion of the degree may take twice as long. Still, some of this time can be cut down by attending summer sessions and/or interim sessions. In addition, the bachelors and associate degrees are referred to as undergraduate degrees while the masters and doctorate degrees referred to as graduate degrees.

Yes you can. If it leads to your overall career goals and objectives, then fine. But it has to be in another discipline.

How long does it take to become a school principal?

Most public school administrators including principals, assistant principals, and district level administrators, need a Master's degree in educational supervision or administration. A number of central office administrators and principals hold a doctoral or other specialized degree in education administration. Because private schools do not fall under the same licensee requirements as State schools, some principals and assistant principals at private schools work with only a bachelor's degree, although most have higher education degrees. Do you need a college degree to become a doctor?

No, an individual does not necessarily need to complete an associates degree to become a doctor. Some individuals choose to start with an associate's degree and transfer later for the bachelor's degree, while others start with the bachelor's degree. However, you will need the bachelor's to apply to medical school. Individuals who pursue a career as a medical doctor (physician), complete four years of schooling to obtain the bachelor's degree (whether starting with the associates, or going directly for the bachelors), and four years of medical school. There are also an additional three to eight years to fulfill the internship and residency requirements, depending on the specialty.
