It is always recommended when you replace timing belt to replaces any and all timing belt components, but if they do not show ware and tension correctly then you are good to go, it is always easier to do preventive maintenance then repair or replace due to component damage, usually you can purchase a complete cam timing belt set. Peace of mind is cheap. Not to mention doing the job right the first time or doing it a second time, labor and time.
