the body of diploblastic animals consists of two layers of cells, ectoderm and endoderm. there is a jelly like mesenchyme or mesoglea, between the two layers, which in most cases is non cellular. the body of triploblastic animals is made of three layers ectoderm, endoderm and mesoderm.

A Female ovum and a Male sperm fuse to create a zygote cell. It is the earliest developmental stage of the embryo.
In the first developmental stage of the embryo, you have the ball of cells. In this ball of cells you have cavity filled with fluid called amniotic fluid. This fluid sac separates the embryo, from the outer non-embryo cells. Later on it encloses the fetus in amniotic fluid to give amniotic sac. This sac is attached to uterus from inside.
CLEAVAGE The cleavage process directly follows the zygote stage. The zygote stage is the earliest developmental stage of an embryo.
