Many candy comes in different colors. M&Ms, Skittles, Smarties, Mike & Ikes, Lollipops, Jelly Beans, and Mints are a few. Candy can be different colors for a few reasons. One, it can vary naturally. A candied apple is probably going to be red naturally. Other ways to either add color or enhance color is through adding food coloring or dyes, which many companies do. This also can help to rpeserve food's natural color or give candy the "shine" it sometimes has. Certain materials that go into the candy or flavorings may also have colors that ultimately influence the color of the candy that it is bein used to produce.
