No because it's not only a waste of the person's energy, but also narcissistic think they know everything and wouldn't have a clue you were trying to get revenge. You'd be the loser in the long-run. Let it go and move on.

the best revengeJust ignore them. it requires absolutely no effort on your part and will make him feel empty and worthless. That is the way they want to make you feel, isn't it? So ignore them - that is justice well deserved.

You will discover sooner than you think how pathetic they really are.

I was sooo upset after me and my N broke up.We broke up in a horrible way and I never got closure. I was sick for months with anxiety. The more I read up about Narcissism, the better I feel. They are mentally ill people....pity them. I used to be so hurt and feel so jaded but as each day goes by, I know that it's not about ME !! They are insecure cowards that will always be miserable.

Hating a narcissist for what she does is like hating a snake for being a snake. They are mentally ill. If you can figure out a way to warn others who the narcissist might use as sources of narcissistic supply, and can do so at no risk to yourself, go for it. No one deserves to be used and callously discarded by these pathetic creatures.

Narcissism is a personality trait of self-love based on self-image or ego. This self-importance has to have roots in something the person has going for them. This could be smarts, looks, money or social status. Usually it's a combination of a few.

Revenge isn't something that should be advocated. The act of revenge rarely improves the situation for either party nor does it bring closure to the one exacting it. There are other more appealing ways to deal with negative influences in our day-to-day lives.

That said to answer your original question: Narcissists peacock their Achilles heal: It's their pride. They set their pedastals high and usually fall very hard. Enlist someone who will make them feel not as smart, or not as good looking, or not as wealthy or not as successful or rather a combination of the lot and have that person show the poor narcissist exactly how plain and unimportant they really are.

Excessive Narcissism is a serious personality disorder and narcissism may be attributed to a variety of mental conditions and disorders. So if you do decide to take revenge against this poor person make sure you're nowhere near them when they flip and start beating people or trying to kill themselves.
