There are many banks in GA that will open accounts for those on chexsystems. Right now some of the more popular ones are BOA and Heritage Bank
There are about 12 or 13 banks that offer second chance checking in Georgia and the majority of them are credit unions.

There are some "in store branch" locations of US Bank that will open accounts for those reported to chexsystems. Some of these branches actually have signs that say " In chexsystems, No problem"If you have " fraud or suspected fraud" reported, they will NOT approve you.

US Bank is approving many people in chexsystems. You have to find an " in store branch " not a regular branch. Some locations even have signs that say "chexsystems no problem" I always suggest you call ahead and make sure it is a branch that holds this policy. If you have been reported to EWS, do not apply for an account at Bank Of America. They may open it but will close it at a later time.
